Tadeus Is Out of Beta and MCP-Native

Workforce platforms broadcast. Policy updates, payroll notifications, benefits windows, compliance briefings: the systems that run people’s working lives are very good at talking. They have never been able to hear back.

That gap has a cost, and every HR and operations leader knows its shape. Surveys that a fraction of the workforce answers, skewed toward the already engaged. Compliance acknowledgements that prove a box was ticked, not that anything was understood. Attrition that shows up in the exit data six months after someone stopped feeling heard. Organisations spend millions on platforms to manage their people and still, when it matters, have to guess what those people actually think.

Today that changes. Tadeus is out of beta.

What is live

Tadeus is the voice layer for workforce platforms: infrastructure that lets the systems employees already use hold real conversations with them, at scale, and turn what is said into structured data.

As of today:

The platform is in production. Conversations can run now, in multiple languages, across geographies, on any device an employee happens to hold. There is no waitlist.

The conversations are voice. Real-time and adaptive, built on a zero-latency peer-to-peer architecture. Not a chatbot, not an IVR, not a text interface with voice bolted on. The AI responds to what an employee actually says: adjusting tone, following up on hesitation, giving silence somewhere to go, the way a skilled interviewer would, at whatever scale the campaign demands.

Every conversation returns structured, timestamped outcomes, mapped to the receiving platform’s data model. Not raw audio. Not just a wall of transcript for someone to read later. Records a system can act on and an auditor can trust.

And Tadeus is MCP-native. This release also ships full support for the Model Context Protocol, which means the agentic stack your enterprise is building this year can already talk to your workforce through Tadeus. Any MCP-compatible agent or copilot like Claude, can trigger an interview campaign, query session outcomes, and pull structured behavioural insight back. No bespoke integration to build first. The voice layer becomes something your agents can simply call.

Why voice, and why inside the platform

Every alternative to a real conversation loses something. Forms lose nuance. Surveys lose the disengaged. Text chat loses tone, hesitation, and everything a person says without typing it. Voice keeps all of it, and an adaptive voice conversation captures one more thing no other channel can: authenticity. A live, responsive exchange cannot be copy-pasted, delegated, or clicked through. When the record says an employee understood the policy, it is because they said so, in their own words, and the timestamped record shows it.

They don’t fill in the form. They have the conversation. That’s the difference.

Just as deliberate is where Tadeus lives. It is not another destination, another login, another tool asking your workforce to change a habit. It embeds inside the platforms people already work in: HCM, payroll, scheduling, compliance. Pre-built connectors, a documented API, and a partner framework designed for enterprise deployment from day one. Tadeus extends your platform. It does not compete with it.

Your platform already manages your people. Now it can talk to them too.

What this looks like in practice

A compliance briefing reaches 10,000 warehouse workers across five countries, in their own languages, and returns evidence of genuine understanding rather than a stack of signatures. A benefits enrolment window becomes a conversation that answers questions instead of an email nobody opens. A pulse check runs across an entire workforce in a day, and the people who never answer surveys, the night shift, the deskless, the disengaged, answer a voice that listens.

An implementation team runs structured discovery interviews across a client’s stakeholders in parallel, and gets back requirements, open questions, and confirming quotes their consultants can build from directly.

From zero to 10,000 employee conversations. Same day.

The part that compounds

Every conversation makes the next one sharper. Campaigns build benchmarks; benchmarks reveal trends by site, cohort, and time; trends become a live picture of how the workforce actually feels, updated continuously rather than quarterly. That picture cannot be bought off a shelf or replicated by a competitor, because they were not there while it was being built.

Stop running surveys. Start building a picture that gets clearer every day.

Who this is for

If you use any workforce product or platform, Tadeus is the voice capability your product was always missing, deployable as a native feature of your suite. If you implement them, Tadeus becomes part of your delivery methodology and a differentiator for your practice. If you run HR or operations in an enterprise, it is the moment your critical communications stop being broadcasts and start being conversations, with proof.

The infrastructure is built. The conversations are running. The question is not whether your workforce needs a voice. They always did. The question is whether your platform is ready to give them one.
