2. Data Controller & Processor

Tadeus serves as the Data Controller for the personal information you provide when creating an account, billing information, and usage metadata.

Tadeus serves as the Data Processor for the interview data collected on behalf of our Clients. Our Clients act as the Data Controllers for the surveys they conduct.

3. AI Processing & Third Parties

We use advanced Artificial Intelligence to power our voice surveys. Specifically, we utilize OpenAI as a third-party sub-processor to generate real-time responses and analyze transcripts.

  • Your voice input is processed in real-time.
  • Data sent to OpenAI is not used to train their models, in accordance with their enterprise data privacy policies.
  • We maintain strict data processing agreements (DPAs) with all third-party vendors to ensure GDPR compliance.

4. Google User Data

Our application offers integration with Google services to enhance your user experience. If you choose to authenticate or integrate using your Google account, we adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data Accessed

We may access the following Google user data, depending on your granted permissions:

  • Basic Profile Information: Your name, email address, profile picture, and language code preference.

Data Usage

We use the accessed Google user data for the specific purposes described below:

  • Authentication: To create and manage your account securely without requiring a separate password.

We do not sell your Google user data to third parties. We do not use your Google user data for advertising purposes. We do not transfer your Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve the features of our application, or as required by law.

  • OpenAI: Processes anonymized audio and text to generate AI responses and transcripts.
  • Stripe: Securely processes payment and billing information.

6. Audio Retention Policy

To protect participant privacy:

WE DO NOT RETAIN AUDIO RECORDINGS.

Audio is processed instantaneously for the purpose of generating a transcript and AI response. Once the transcript is generated, the raw audio file is permanently discarded. Only text transcripts and derived insights are stored in our secure databases.
